• Brnovich failed a litigant who was injured in a t-bone accident. The injuries include, but not limited to loss of use of the right dominant arm, and a tear in the C5 and C6.Judge Brnovich removed a trial date  previously scheduled on the docket, told plaintiff she would reschedule it, then ruled on motion for summary judgment. Not only did she lie, but denied a plaintiff of his 6th 7th and 8th amendment right she protected to uphold. Congratulations Judge Brnovich you landed yourself at the top of "America's Most Wanted Justice".
